Cancelling Your Order

At Youth Digital Network we take our commitment to observing the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations very seriously. As a 'Shopping from Home' customer you will always be:

• Given until the end of seven days after the day on which you receive your goods to cancel your order being the 'cooling -off' period.
• Required to tell Youth Digital Network (within 2 working days) in writing - by letter, fax or email - that you are cancelling your order.
• Given a refund for the goods within 30 days of you cancelling your agreement and subject to the return of the goods within the timing below.
• Required to pre-pay the postage on goods returned to Youth Digital Network (within 7 days) if you cancel your order after the 'cooling-off' period.

Shipping Information

All orders are processed immediately. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours and arrive within 5 working days via First Class post in the UK or Federal Express or DHL if overseas.

On occasion, certain items may be temporarily sold out, resulting in a shipment time of 30 days Note that should stock be paid by cheque and stock is sold out this will add 7 working days to your delivered order.
